Rohrwerk Maxhütte manufactures tubes in the comprehensive area of pipe construction based on national and international codes and standards. Areas of application range from long-distance pipelines, through industrial plants, and on to domestic plumbing installations for gas and water.

Rohrwerk Maxhütte produces tubes for drinking water in accordance with the European Drinking Water Directive and the rules and standards of the German DVGW (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water).

Rohrwerk Maxhütte is the only tube works in the European Union that has its own in-house galvanizing plant. The galvanized tubes meet the most demanding national and international standards for drinking water safety and purity.

Pipelines for flammable media such as gas and oil are produced at Rohrwerk Maxhütte in accordance with national and international directives and guidelines.
